FSL uses the third-party entities listed below to process customer data and to support the delivery of our service.  

Each sub-processor is required to process customer data only in accordance with our instructions and to comply with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. 

We conduct due diligence prior to engagement and perform ongoing reviews to ensure our sub-processors maintain the appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard our customers’ data.
