Furthermore, all CGiX code is placed in Escrow with NCC.
System Integration
Implementation Studies / Business Analyst Suppor
During the CGiX implementation process, a client's transaction data is imported from their Investment Management System into CGiX. The implementation study uses sample data which is imported into CGiX through the intelligent, multi-functional interface. This allows greater control over the data regarding error logging and transactional matching.
The implementation study is a set of structured procedures which mirrors a full implementation. Complete, expert support is provided to our clients through both the implementation study and migration phases of system implementation.
Prince II Project Management
FSL have Prince II qualified Project Management, which ensures that development/integration requirements are aligned with efficient resource planning; united, these are the key to successful project delivery.
All requirements for either the initial integration of CGiX with a new system, or for the implementation of a system upgrade/enhancement are placed upon a critical path of implementation. This document incorporates both the business and technical aspects of integration, and provides our clients with quantitative milestones upon which their planning can be based.
