First Line Support
On-line Helpdesk
FSL has an on-line helpdesk facility available for all support enquiries from 08:00 to 17.30 on each UK working day. All support queries are logged, and clients are able to utilise the query tracking facilities available on the website in order to identify the owner of the query and the nature of the proposed resolution. The basic principle within FSL is to keep clients informed at all stages, and regular information updates are sent to clients as an issue is being resolved.
Data Support
The specialist Corporate Actions Team within FSL work solely on Capital Gains Tax. They constantly monitor legislative movements and are in regular contact with the Inland Revenue to ensure that our clients are always dealing with the most up to date rules. This Team also manipulates and calculates balances from our corporate event data feed on a daily basis. This ensures the correct interpretation of corporate events for CGT purposes before the CGiX daily corporate events feed is sent to our clients. All data enquiries should be logged on the on-line helpdesk.
