A major USP is the Service Level methodology applied to customers and staff. Since 2006 FSL have been Investors In People compliant since 2006 and the same sensitive and dedicated treatment is given to Customers. Nobody can eliminate all problems or issues occurring, but everyone can control how they react to these challenges, and that defines Service Level competence.
