As a company we pride ourselves on the high calibre of our team members, all of whom are qualified professionals in their respective disciplines. Securities Institute qualifications span every business function within FSL, and all of our teams are managed in accordance to Prince II Project Management principles.
Investors in people
In November 2006 Financial Software Limited was awarded the Investors in People Standard (IIP). IIP sets a level of good practice for training and development of people to achieve business goals. This standard provides a national framework for improving businesses through setting objectives and developing people to meet them. Achieving the Investors in People standard is recognition of the commitment of all the staff at FSL to continually review and improve their contribution to the growth of our business. FSL believe that investing in staff development is the equivalent to investing in the future success of the business.
The IIP Standard is based on three key principals:
Plan: Developing strategies to improve the performance of the organisation
Do: Taking action to improve the performance of the organisation
Review: Evaluating the impact on the performance of the organisation
Every three years Investors in People UK reviews the Standard to ensure that Investors in People is relevant, accessible and beneficial to organisations of all types and sizes, and to ensure that the experience of using the Standard provides real added value to organisations.
The Developers
As a Microsoft® Certified Partner, all of our developers are highly trained and talented. The dynamic nature of our industry is reflected in our team through their overwhelming enthusiasm to embrace new technologies and continually develop the CGiX solution, therefore maintaining our technical edge over our competition.
The Business Analysts
A wealth of experience and professionalism is apparent within this team, whose skills are utilised in a variety of business areas. Our analysts are CGT experts who keep up to date with legislative changes, support our current clients with generic and CGiX specific queries whilst also taking responsibility for the accurate and efficient migration of our new clients' portfolios onto the system.
Our Business Analysts also conduct both CGiX and CGT training courses, which can be run as a half-day refresher course or a full-day intensive course.
The Corporate Actions Data Team
This team of corporate actions specialists is dedicated to maintaining the CGiX corporate event database and managing any corporate actions data queries received from clients.
